These terms govern your use of wise-financial-aid.lovable.app and any consultancy assistance provided by EleteBrain Consultancy PVT LTD.

Nature of services

EleteBrain provides advisory and application-assistance services for loans, GST, income tax, business registration and related financial matters. We are not a bank, NBFC or government authority. Final approval, interest rates, disbursement and statutory decisions rest solely with the concerned institution.

Accurate information

You agree to provide correct and complete information in the Universal Requirement Form. We may decline to assist requests that appear fraudulent or violate applicable law.

Fees

Consultancy fees, if any, are communicated in writing before work begins. Third-party charges levied by banks, NBFCs or authorities are payable by you directly to those institutions.

Limitation of liability

EleteBrain is not liable for loan rejections, delays by third parties, or losses arising from information you supply. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you have paid us for the specific engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
